Our warehouses are manned with specialist warehousing and storage personnel and are managed by competent leadership. Together with a state of the art ERP system that is suited for multiple warehouse management we can provide our customers with timely reports and peace of mind that their inventory is in capable hands. METAMORFS proudly operates its own IT system based at our Head Office in Bengaluru, India. Our systems are run, maintained and operated by our own in – house IT specialists that are highly trained in ERP, Security, LAN, WAN and Desktop applications and systems.

  • Under the umbrella of METAMORFS Business Management Process, the company has adopted the process approach to effective and efficient management of all its interactive, process driven activities. Within this process the company has developed and established its Quality Management System (QMS), in compliance to the international ISO 9001:2008 QMS.

  • Due to the nature of the organization’s activities, METAMORFS QMS has established comprehensive procedures and work instructions covering all aspects of handling Electro Static Devices (ESD)
  • Anti-Static measures are applied throughout the entire process, from receiving through to delivery including the specialized packaging of the product
  • The Logistics processes implemented by METAMORFS are based on world best practises for handing electronic and telecommunications equipment. We have gained valuable experience in managing large clients viz Operators and Vendors in the regions we operate and are leaders in telecommunications logistics. All procedures are conducted in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and these are regularly audited to ensure compliance.
Asset Management

Once your redundant network equipment has been recovered, METAMORFS audit, warehouse and re-market the assets with secondary value / demand and recycle the materials which cannot be re-sold.

As well as recapturing maximum value from the saleable assets in your obsolete inventory, you also benefit from significant OPEX savings thanks to outsourced off-site warehousing and storage.

Even with your assets held off site, full visibility is always ensured – with an ‘open book’ policy on all stock currently held, and a monthly record of all resold and recycled equipment. Regular surplus stock reviews are undertaken with all our customers.

Gain visibility on expired assets – Recovered equipment is fully inspected to ascertain value, with saleable assets audited down to platform, part/serial number and software revision. You’ll finally get visibility on the true value of your legacy surplus technology hardware estate.

Access a ready-made market – Resale stock is uploaded to our ERP platform and then promoted to more than 180 global traders, while equally important one-to-one marketing occurs with our long-established clients and partners, including OEM’s, Repair Houses, System Integrators and other Operators.
