We are looking for Oracle HCM Solution Architect and Lead who is having 10-14 Years of eperience in Oracle HCM Cloud.

• Strong EBS HRMS Techno Functional experience with Fusion HCM Modules implementation skills.
• Should have completed minimum 2 full life-cycle ORACLE CLOUD HCM implementations in Lead role in Core HCM, Absences, SSHR, Talent or Payroll.
• Must have experience in conducting Solution Workshop Session, CRPs, UAT Support, System Configuration, OUM documentation etc.,
• HRMS Cross-module integration knowledge.
• Ability to conduct discovery sessions, solution workshops with client to determine technical and business requirements.
• Capable of independently carrying out Cloud Transformation Assessment for customers and create a roadmap of their To-Be Ecosystem.
• Excellent Articulation and presentation skills.
• Should be well versed with Oracle Unified Cloud Methodology and ability to drive the Solution Driven Approach.
• Understanding of business processes/business flows and the underlying technical architecture.
• Should have Excellent Communication skills in English.
• Should have knowledge of Cutover and Data Migration activities.
• Should have knowledge of Cloud Integration Framework and different methods of integrations.
• Hands on knowledge in configuration and enhancements of SaaS Application.
• Good communication and client facing skills.
